    Re: Central Bucks SD
    Posted by CBTeach on 4/25/09

There are a growing number of districts in the area that use CB's
contract strategy, and I have friends in very good neighboring districts
that have gone through grueling experiences to get their contracts.

To be honest, if you're looking for job security, don't start with a new
district in the Bucks County area anytime soon. All the districts are
looking at cutting positions, and the first teachers to go will be the
newly hired. If you can wait a few years, or until the economic
situation improves, you'll have a better chance of getting and keeping a
    position.

    Good luck!
