I know someone already answered you, yet I thought I might be
able to shine some additional light because just did the same
thing myself. My original certification is in Elementary K-6
from the state of Connecticut. I transferred it to PA (by
taking the necessary Praxis exams for PA). Then I decided to
do add-on endorsements in Middle Level Math and ML English.

PA is a rare state in that it *only* requires you to take the
qualifying Praxis tests, you don't need additional course
credits *IF* you already hold a particular PA certification.
