Oh, my goodness...you join the site, click the link that says
JOIN REAP, then click FIRST TIME REGISTRATION/SIGN UP at the
top. Then, follow the directions to complete your application.
It is the PA Standard Application and take a little while to
complete. Have your resume available for this information.
There are essays questions involved. You can save and come back
to it. Good luck!
