Post: Arrest no conviction

I was arrested but not convicted in 1994 fresh out of
highschool...I've been teaching in PA for about 10 years.
My arrest never showed up because it was to have been
removed from my record, but now with the new
fingerprinting, will it show up? And if it does will I be
able to get a job? I was thinking of switching districts?
