Pennsylvania needs teachers in only a few select areas. I spoke to a
superintendent in central PA. She stated that she never can find any
applicants for ESL positions. She had only 1 applicant after 60 days of
posting an elementary job for ESL. GET YOUR ESL ENDORSEMENT then you can
get a job!!!!!!!!!!!! SPED IS A HUGE SURPLUS!!!!!!!!
