I agree..even though you say it was not your fault, districts
will see this in your CBG check, and move on to applicants
without "criminal history". They recieve hundreds of
applications for jobs. The only thing I suggest that you do is
plead not guilty, to the judge, and explain why it is important
that you get this espunged from your record. Be very polite and
respectful, the opposite of someone who would give dissorderly
conduct.
