I am a MD certified teacher in Speech Communication,
Business Ed and Middle School math. I got my certification
the unconventional way through a MD alternative
certification program for BA holders. How do I know if my
certification will be accepted and able to transfer over to
a PA certification? I have a BA in communications; I took 7
college level education courses, and successfully passed
all my Praxis test. I never student taught instead MD
approved my long term substitute work as my teaching
experience. Am I even eligible for PA certification, or
should I just commute to Maryland?
